We also offer a range of services, including part exchange either up or down on any of our pieces. If you see a specific model you are after but we don't have it in stock, then don't worry: we can also source it for you due to our big client base and close connections with other businesses up and down the country.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We offer a free next-day delivery on all of our pieces regardless of the amount/value. This delivery service is a special next working day delivery which is tracked and insured up to the value of the package. All parties are covered for loss of the parcel or any damage done while in transit. In case of any delivery complications, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so one of our specialised team can get the issue resolved.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If there is an issue with the item upon receiving it, then you are entitled to a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. In the case of a refund, then we would need the item to be returned in the same condition as it was posted to you in; we would need it to be complete with everything included from us. It would also need to be posted back to us securely via the same delivery service we provide; this will need to be securely packaged with nothing showing what is inside the parcel.
AUTHENTICITY
Here at OrchardWatchesLTD we guarantee the authenticity on all of our pieces due to our years of experience specialising in watches and jewellery. We have a thorough procedure where we inspect the item and all accessories for authenticity before we list them. This procedure entails full authentication of the watch itself and all box and accessories to make sure everything is up to our standards. Having a large connection with other businesses, we always have a second opinion on any item sent to us.

PRIVACY
Looking to sell your timepiece? We will always give a quote no matter the watch. We will be able to give an initial valuation virtually, but this is provisional until inspection by us. Once we have the watch in hand, we will have our in-house watchmaker inspect it for authenticity and condition; once we have determined the outcome of this, we will be able to offer a final price. Payment will be made to you as discussed upon final valuation. We have the right to refuse any watch submitted to us. We do a background check on all pieces submitted to us to make sure they are not stolen.
Looking for a specific piece but don't see it in stock with us? We can source any watches to meet your requirements, whether this is to fit a budget or a dream piece you have been looking for. The process we do for sourcing may require a non-refundable deposit dependent on the value. Any watches sourced may be non-refundable unless there is a fault with it. We have a huge, trusted connection with hundreds of reputable businesses throughout the UK. Also, we have a massive client base that are looking to sell. Get in touch to get your dream piece sourced.
Privacy is something we pride ourselves on and we take it very seriously. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. All sensitive and private information between both parties will be secure and confidential. Nothing will be shared unless there is permission from both parties. Everything asked by us from you is all for a legitimate purpose for which we have contractual and legal obligations.

Orchard Watches LTD was established in late 2023 from a passion for horological excellence. Since our founding in the heart of the UK, we have dedicated ourselves to sourcing and sharing timepieces that aren't just tools for measuring hours, but heirlooms that tell a story which can be passed down through generations.
Before our journey as OrchardWatchesLTD, our director Luke started trading in luxury timepieces and jewellery a few years prior as a hobby/passion. Within those years he built a huge knowledge for buying/selling, authenticating, watchmaking and social skills, which then led him down the path of creating OrchardWatchesLTD. He still has a massive passion and dedication to horology and is always looking to give the best service possible to any new clients or returning ones.
